We are currently seeking a Remote Integration Project Manager who will be responsible for effectively communicating with leadership, peers, and client project team members alike. In this role, the Integration Project Manager needs to excel at effectively guiding projects and teams to successful project completion in a timely manner. We are looking for an experienced healthcare technical project manager who has an interest in the digital health industry with a focus on cardiac device management and cardiac remote monitoring.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Scoping, planning, and managing all technical aspects of PaceMate’s EHR integration projects.
  • Establishing a positive and productive culture among project teams and maintaining that culture through stressful project cycles and project setbacks.
  • Identifying technical risks to the project and calling those out transparently to the project team while also providing solutions to fix/remediate/mitigate those risks.
  • Tracking and managing the time and objectives for multiple projects while providing weekly report outs of project statuses.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other PaceMate team members included in the client implementation of product.
  • Providing support to Sales staff with scoping potential projects and engagements.
  • Other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with managing multiple types and sizes of EHR integration or technical projects.
  • Proven experience in overseeing or participating in executing the design and implementation of technical projects for a software, systems, or products.
  • Strives to lead and encourage strong, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while remaining flexible to understand both business and technical perspectives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals on all levels throughout the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent planning, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Familiar with standard Business & IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Willing to perform variety of tasks.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE: 
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in area of specialty is preferred.
· Certification(s) in the area of specialty or project management is a plus.

stationary position, constantly operate a computer or other office equipment, and frequently.

fingers and forearms in data entry.

· Typically travel not required however a short span of travel can be requested as practice and client needs dictate based on active or sales activities of business.
