We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Internal Recruiter to own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, understand our unique clinical requirements, and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent. This role blends strategic recruitment with hands-on coordination, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, networking, and industry events; maintain a strong, qualified candidate pipeline.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate clinical knowledge, technical skills, and cultural fit; conduct reference and background checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with departmental goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and an engaging hiring process.
  • Arrange interviews, manage candidate communications, and coordinate pre-employment steps in collaboration with HR.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, track hiring progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends, clinical hiring challenges, and competitive salary benchmarks to inform hiring strategies.
  • Continuously refine sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
Education and Required Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination — preferably with high-volume hiring in healthcare or clinical roles.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets; experience in SaaS or healthcare technology a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly and effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and minimal need for supervision.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
Preferred Certifications
CPTD, CSSR, CPR, TAS, or equivalent talent acquisition certifications.

Compensation Range: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour
