We are currently seeking a BI Analyst - Data Enablement & Quality ensures that business systems and reporting tools drive accurate, actionable insights by focusing on data quality, system usability, and process consistency. This role supports dashboard development, maintains data standards across Salesforce, BI systems, Other Operational Systems, and plays a key role in user training and adoption. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and passionate about helping others work smarter through better data and clearer processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Design and develop dashboards in Amazon QuickSight using Salesforce and MySQL data.
  • Administer Salesforce system: manage fields, flows, users, and automation.
  • Ensure data integrity and performance across CRM and BI platforms.
  • Partner with business users to define KPIs and implement reporting solutions.
  • Perform dashboard QA and document system architecture and data flows.
  • Support troubleshooting and enhancement of Salesforce integrations and connectors.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance user adoption and performance.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a data, CRM, or operations support role
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar (basic admin or reporting experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with both technical and business teams
  • Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and contribute as a collaborative team member

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION           
  • Experience writing or editing SOPs and training materials
  • Exposure to MySQL, Excel pivot tables, or data QA practices
  • Salesforce Admin certification or willingness to pursue it

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
  • Must have access to stable, reliable internet access.
