JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Automated Tester you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior QA team members and promote test automation best practices. Desired experience is a minimum of 5 years in software testing with at least 3 years focused on test automation. Working with cardiac devices (industry, hospital/clinic, remote monitoring) a definite advantage

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive automated test strategies and frameworks
  • Create, execute, and maintain test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify, analyze, and document software defects with clear reproduction steps
  • Mentor junior QA team members and promote test automation best practices
  • Participate in code reviews for test automation code
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years focused on test automation
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript for test script development
  • Strong skills in working with relational databases and SQL language (MySql, SqlServer)
  • Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver for front-end testing
  • Experience with REST API testing (Postman)
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with mobile testing frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCTest)
  • Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave)
  • Experience with performance/load testing
  • Experience with security testing methodologies and tools

Compensation: On top of a Robust Benefit Package, we are targeting a compensation range of $107,000 - $153,000 annually, depending on education and experience.
