We are currently seeking a Remote Clinical Manager who will be responsible for managing the existing clinical team in their region. The ideal candidate must have an excellent understanding of cardiac rhythm devices and be an expert on the PaceMate platform to effectively support their team. This remote position demands a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously and productively. The clinical manager(s) work closely with operational leadership to drive PaceMate’s innovative and world-class approach to remote cardiac care. This position reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage daily assignments of the clinical team in their region 
  • Manage employee scheduling 
  • Conduct 1:1 technician evaluation 
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to identify and target areas for workflow   and process improvement 
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency that align with   operational goals 
  • Coordinate with the Director of Education to keep the clinical team informed and up to date on clinical and operational changes  
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Bachelor’s degree desired; science/health-related field is preferred 
  • IBHRE certification (CCDS or CDRMS) 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in management preferred 
  • Working knowledge of cardiac device and remote monitoring best practice experience 
  • Excellent written, electronic and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail  
  • Experience working effectively within a remote, matrixed environment, specifically with a remote monitoring company preferred
  • Passion for managing processes and teams 
  • Process or quality improvement skills preferred
