We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Transformation Specialist supporting the success of PaceMate’s transformation initiatives by managing proactive alert workflows, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and providing post-go-live stabilization support. Reporting to the Clinical Transformation Coordinator, this role serves as an internal resource for the Clinical Operations and Customer Success teams, helping to ensure that new customers experience a smooth operational transition and ongoing clinical support.
This position plays a critical role in enabling seamless onboarding and clinical efficiency. Specialists contribute to a consistent and scalable clinical model by helping reduce non-actionable alerts, monitoring workflow adoption, and reinforcing best practices with our customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Alert Management & Clinical Workflow Support
- Integrate a knowledge base from physiology, pathophysiology, and cardiac device function to perform evaluation, diagnostic review, and analysis of cardiac device transmissions to decrease frequency of non-clinically actionable reports
- Recognize abnormal functions of pacemakers, defibrillators, ILRs and CRT devices and recommend strategies to address and correct issues.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cardiac care and remote monitoring to provide informed insights.
- Monitor and manage proactive alert workflows in accordance with approved customer protocols.
- Identify and flag patterns of alert volume or protocol issues for review by the Coordinator.
Post-Onboarding Stabilization Support
- Provide internal support during and after customer Go-LIVE, ensuring clinical teams follow defined workflows.
- Serve as an internal point of contact for alert-related questions during the post-onboarding period.
- Serve as backup support for customer calls when needed, assisting in alert program education and personalized clinic-level assistance.
- Assist with internal documentation of alert settings, workflows, and protocol references.
Vendor Site & Protocol Oversight
- Perform regular reviews of customer vendor sites and PML alert notification sheets to ensure settings align with PaceMate’s recommended configuration.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the Clinical Transformation Coordinator for follow-up.
- Track trends in vendor site management to support scalable alert oversight.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Participate in regular syncs with the Clinical Transformation Coordinator to share feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support and provide documentation for customer insights to aid in business reviews and ongoing customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Clinical Operations teams to ensure insights and clinical partnership reviews are accurate and actionable.
- Contribute to testing and piloting workflow changes prior to broader implementation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Protected Health Information (PHI) standards/protocol
- Support and contribute to PaceMate’s patient-centered care philosophy: Every teammate is a caregiver whose role is to meet the needs of the patient.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CORE COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in a clinical setting with a focus on cardiac device management
- Understanding of remote monitoring alert workflows and clinical protocols.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the PaceMate LIVE platform preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint a plus
- Proficiency with collaboration applications and software (Teams, Zoom, Slack) a plus
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Certification from the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) (CCDS, CEPS, CDRMS) required within the first year

Compensation: On top of a Robust Benefit Package, we are targeting a compensation range of
$90,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on education, certifications and experience.
